May I request an invitation to the Summit? 

Participation in the Summit is by invitation only. Principals who are unable to attend and would like to request an invitation for the appropriate senior officer or faculty member from their institutions are invited to contact us at onlinelearningsummit@mit.edu. Please be sure to provide the full name, title, and email address of your designate so we may add him or her to the invitation list. Invitations may not be forwarded or transferred without the express direction of the invited senior officer. 

I was invited to attend—how do I register?

Conference registration is now open.  Please follow the link you received in the invitation or contact us for additional information.

What are the hotel arrangements?

Discounted group room rates will be available from the Le Meridien Cambridge in May.

Le Meridian Hotel is 2.0 miles to the conference site, 10 minutes by shuttle and 30-35 minutes walking. Shuttle buses will be provided from Le Meriden to the conference venue throughout the day.

Where is the 2017 Summit being held?

The 2017 Summit is taking place at the American Academy of Arts and Sciences in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

The American Academy of Arts and Sciences' Norton Wood's Conference Center is located 0.7 miles from Harvard Square Station, 5 minutes by car and 14 minutes walking. Or 0.8 miles from Porter Square Station, 4 minutes by car and 16 minutes walking.
